    Business Response

    Date: 02/22/2024

Mr. **** booked a reservation online with Booking.com for 1 night with itinerary number #172023447. The rate for the night of 2/10 was $204.99. Due to the reservation being made for only one night and our front desk agents not being able to make adjustments/changes to reservations, this reservation was checked out and a second reservation was made at an AARP rate and Mr. **** was checked back into the same room.

The keys did stop working due to them only being programmed for one night, due to the reservation only being made for one night.

Please see attached reservation information from Booking/Expedia

Please let me know if you have any additional questions/comments and I would be glad to assist.

    Thank you,
