    I ordered a headstone for my father from A&D Monument and paid for it in full. The headstone was supposed to be in the first week of November. November came and left, and so Tombstone spoke with the owner and she said the company was behind. A couple of months passed with no word from them, so I called them, and the owner said again to let her look into it. After two weeks of not hearing from her, I decided to drive up to the company to speak with her, only to find out that the company had moved and did not reach out to say they were moving or to where. They just left three numbers where you could reach them, and that is. For a while, you couldn't get anyone on any of the numbers they left. I finally spoke with a young man on the phone, and he said that he was the son of the owner and was taken over and would look into it. He told me the headstone should be here in three weeks, but it never came. Iv tried reaching out to him and, to this day, can not get ahold of him or his mother. At this point, I want my money back from the headstone delivered. It's so sad that a company would take advantage of people during their time of grief.

    I ****** ******* spoke with Ms. **** about a headstone for my mom on 5-29-23.i paid 1080.52 in full. I never did received anything nor a phone call. after a year i call her and keep getting the answer machine and never a call back. I spoke to ******** the secretary and left many messages. ******** gave me Ms .**** personal number and i talk to Ms. **** about my refund and she said i was next in line and i explain to her i just want my money back and she hung up in my face.

    on friday July 8th 2022 I paid 542.52 for a headstone for my Brother **** ********* The Order was cancelled on Monday july 11 because the cemetary would not allow the monument to be place there. ******** Young agreed to refund the payment but has not done so. She claimed that she did not know how to refund the credit card and would send a money order. No refund was ever recieved

    This is my second complaint against this business. My family has paid in full for a headstone for my grandmother. There was a vase that was ordered with the headstone. The headstone came in but the vase did not. We were not told that originally and we were under the impression that the vase and the headstone came together. The headstone was delivered in late 2021, and we have yet to have the vase delivered. The vase is at the business location (the owner confirmed this to me by phone) but the owner has not delivered it. I have called several times to see when it will be delivered and can never get a complete answer. She keeps telling me as soon as we can get to it. She even expected me to affix the vase to the headstone. I told her that it's not my responsibility to affix the vase because that was what we paid her to do and I had no experience securing a vase to a headstone. I've called at least three times to see when that vase will be delivered. She keeps telling us she'll deliver it and doesn't deliver it. This projected was originally started in April of 2021 and still isn't done.
