I took my 2008 GMC Envoy to Red River Chevrolet in July, 2023 to check my air condition. It was blowing out heated air. It was determined by the dealer 's mechanic that the actuators needed replacing. I agreed to have the repairs done. On July 11, 2023, I paid the bill, picked up my car. I drove approximately 15 minutes and noticed the air had not gotten cold, even with the blower on high. I returned the vehicle to the dealer and explained what happened. It was determined that the refrigerant had leaked out. The parts needed to prevent this was put in and I left the dealership. Later that day, when I was ready to leave a gas station, my gear shift did not work.( It would not stay in any gear.) I noticed in the controls' area, the housing was not secured. Also, a large greasy screw was in the cup holder. I contacted ***** *****, the Service Advisor, to let her know what happened. She sent the dealership towing company to get my car. It was determined the gear shift cable needed to be replaced. It was replaced. During the first week of October, 2023, when the temperature became colder, I turned on my heater in the car and only got very cold air. After, checking to make sure I had the controls set properly, cold air still came out. Two vents on the passenger side was blowing warm air, not hot enough to warm the car. I returned my vehicle back to the dealership on October 10, 2023. The hvac was calibrated. However, within 15 minutes, I was getting cold air out of the vents again. I returned to the dealership and explained what happened. the mechanic again calibrated the control unit, but I was told there is no way to know how long the calibration would last. I could come in and get it calibrated each time at the half rate. They did not stock the part. My car is still blowing cold air on the driver's side. In addition, my car now has a dragging noise, the radio is delayed when turned on, vacuum light keeps coming on. I have a two year warranty on parts and labor.

We have scheduled with the customer to come in so we can inspect and determine the cause of her complaints. The air distribution problem is a part that has been discontinued and we can not get through our resources. May be aftermarket options but we don't use aftermarket parts so a independent shop is better choice for that type repair.
