      On ******** ******* I booked two party rooms for my daughters 5th birthday for ***** ******* . After booking my two rooms and paying two deposited I received two confirmation number and two confirmation emails . No one ever contacted me after booking .Once I arrived I checked in and told the worker I booked two room. I was told that they don't actually give a room they just add an extra hour to the one room which it doesn't say it on the website . The two rooms I booked where to cover 20 kids , 20 slices of pizza , 20 drinks and 20 free admission passes . They were trying to give me 10 of each and just add another hour in the party room for $150 . The manger **** told me I should've put it in the comment that I wanted two different rooms , when I booked two different room I didn't think I needed to be anymore clearer . Once my mother showed them I had two confirmation numbers the manger come and told me "all he could do for me was push the party back to 4:00 when the room next door was clean and clear " when my party was for 2:00 . I agreed to push the party back because the manger said I couldn't get a refund for the second room . I had to take all the decorations down and put them back up at 4:00 . while waiting I also had to buy drinks and food for the party guess , while still having to pay the full price of $300 for the party . The manger Mr.**** never apologized and was very rude . My cousin called the next day to speak with the manger , he hung up in her face and when she called back he had someone else answer the phone to tell her he didn't have to time for the conversation his line was out the door . My cousin asked when would he have time to talk he yelled from the background monday-friday before 12:00pm very rudely . This wasn't a good experience for me at all . I will never book a party here again .
