    We refuse to allow ****** * ***** to continue playing with us, especially when it pertains to one of the most important days of our lives. This company shown in the photo was paid $4,400 to produce a 7 tier cake for our wedding. Long story short--they left early and gave us the shorter cake in photo which also happened to have a sharp object in it (the entire cake was supposed to be edible). We really hate it had to come to this. After this happened, I developed anxiety, my heart rate was abnormal for the days and weeks following (see ECG chart). I was severely depressed and sick from this!
    We came to an agreement which they refused to honor (yes, we have obtained counsel). We definitely didn't want this to reach the public, but enough is enough and our grace has expired! I wouldn't recommend and I encourage my ENTIRE network to spread the word. We will be going live soon on Facebook.
    I've never been so pissed before in my ENTIRE life! ONE LAYER OF EDIBLE CAKE AND THE AND THE MAJORITY OF THE LAYERS DISAPPEARED! We don't even have our anniversary layer! You don't do this to people, especially on their wedding day. Anyone who knows us knows we're the sweetest, kindest people until we're not! STOP PLAYING WITH US!
    Update: Since you all want to lie like you paid us $2,200 when you know you've only paid $1,200, here are the receipts. How dare you continue to act rude and lie after you did this us! We also have a recording from your husband admitting you bite off more than you could chew. That's probably the most you ever made off a wedding cake so I kind of get your excitement, but you messed with the RIGHT ONE. You didn't communicate with ****** and I about any issues. We paid you. You left and gave us one layer of edible cake. You didn't try to assemble the cake. All these excuses mean
    NOTHING. The other layers were never received and your husband continued to ignore us and caught an attitude whenever we asked about the remainder of the money.

    Absolutely the worst experience our Bride orders a 7 tier WEDDING CAKE. the day arrives the delivery, came and was terrible only received 3 layers when 7 were expected. When ask about the rest of the cake Ashley said they had to leave, they did not set up the cake it was not on property no one saw it! If you want the cake of your dreams GO TO SOMEONE ELSE.
    In response to the owners response, The Cake was not at the wedding! the heat did not do anything to the beautiful ice sculpture that traveled from Louisiana , We were inside a AIR CONDITIONED EVENT SPACE. To make it plain and simple, You were paid handsomely for a custom order cake and you simply DID NOT PROVIDE IT!!!! We can go back and forth however Ms Ashley you did not fulfill your contract at all. Your invoice was paid long before the wedding and just to be clear this was a castle cake not a cake with flowers as a topper. It was to be 7 tiers pictures are worth a thousand words the cake on the left was the original order the cake on the right was presented to the Bride and Groom

    Wow, but neglects to mention the heat and that all 4 tiers were boxed and put in the fridge to salvage and 2 tiers were faux tiers. The 3rd was on top. Be blessed sis.
