      I am rejecting this response because: 

      I did not find Mr. ********* response satisfactory. I would still like a full reimbursement. 

      I have tried to speak with Mr. ********* & he is just rude & argumentative. I reached out via email. Which I provided the copies to the BBB.  

      It shows his demeanor & how he is a smart alec. 

      His claims are false. He never informed me about being charged the full amount. Nor is it stated on the website. 

      Clearly on his response in the email. He has a generated automatic response from his IPhone which does not state what he is claiming. I believe he failed to see that.

      I appreciate your time & help. I would like to continue to move forward with seeking reimbursement. Thank you

      I have contacted him by email asking for a refund & again has only responded rudely & unprofessional. I never attended this tour & was never told he would charge me anyway.

      Hello, this person made a reservation for the date she scheduled… we tell everyone to be here at least 20 minutes early.. This is our busy time of the year and we do our best to give guests the time and date they would prefer … the guest chose that time and date and as we proceeded to load our boat, we call names out to make sure they are here… Her name was called and no answer.. We looked her phone number up and called her and she said she couldn’t make the tour… we have a policy here.. We make sure when they call, we reserve those seats for them.. with them not showing up and not even giving us a courtesy call, we could have filled her seats with someone else that was wanting that time and date…so, therefore, guests get charge for not showing up… A nice courtesy call would have been nice to let us know, so we could have filled her seats!…We turned people away in order to keep her seats reserved…We run our business, like everyone else does.. Example… airports,, train station..doctors,, Ect ,, there are no refunds unless you call to cancel in a reasonable time frame..our website explains it all…. There is no cancellations unless it’s an emergency ..we been in business for over 30 years and have been awarded awards through different reviews…Every business has to have a policy in order for it to run smoothly… We have learned that you just can’t please everyone !!… BUT, we try our best in doing so!.. We are sorry that she didn’t read our policy on our website and was also told by phone, what the policy is!….
