    In February 2025, I paid $255 for someone at this company to file my 2024 taxes. In May 2025, I searched the IRS website and found the person I was dealing with did NOT file my taxes. I gave her all the documentation as well as the fee associated with filing. The person I dealt with last year and again this year is ****** ******* of Lafayette, her ERO's EFIN/PIN is ***********.

    She filed **** taxes on 3/6/2024 and was expected to do the same this year. I have several texts to her asking about my refund, the amount, requests to call me, etc. but the last correspondence I received from her cell number was on April 19th stating "I should be home in a couple of hours" because I was asking about my refund amount. Prior to that was April 4 where she stated "you don't owe but I will call you" then "sorry I scared you". Prior to that was April 1 with "I'll call back, I'm at my other job" and prior to that March 20 when I asked her is she had my banking info and her response was "Same as last year? If so I got it" then "OK thanks". March 19 - "The $250 is fine but I'm at my other job till 7 pm. Is that too late to meet up?" Same day "Don't tell other clients how much you pay because no one else gets a discount". Same day "I can meet you at the shell station by the airport 7 pm, Corner is Surrey St. and Evangeline". Same day "Are you gonna be there for 7 pm? I get off I'm 18 mins". Same day Ok, I'm sorry I get off right at 7 but I'm only 2 mins away". March 13 "Unfortunately it has to be paid prior to sending but you have plenty of time my friend". My first text to her "I hope you can do my taxes again this year." She responds "Yes sir, ready whenever you are". On February 27, I cashed a check for $255 for tax prep - I have the cancelled check. She wanted cash only.

    Last attempts by text: 4/19, 4/21, 4/25, 4/26, 4/28, 4/29. Call attempts: 5/18, 5/15, 5/5, 5/4, and many more my phone does not hold.
