    I’ve been waiting for over three months for this company to finish installing the product I’ve paid thousands of dollars for. At this point, I don’t expect them to fulfill my order or refund my money. Really clear they don’t care about their customers. Just getting a check. I am waiting for the wind sensor and the wifi part to be installed, both of which have been paid for.

    I absolutely have no record of this complainer.  I do not have a record of who he is and i have never heard of his name.  I will have to investigate if this was a job done on the side by a terminated employee.

    This is an absurd response. 

     

    I paid the owner of the company. Over $6500. 

     

    They owe me an install of a wifi and wind sensor device.

    This person is not on any of my records as a customer.  I have never received a phone call or email from this person.  I have tried to call this individual and have not had a response to my voicemail.  If this individual is a customer of mine, why does he not reach out to me at our publicly posted email and company phone number?  I have installed 875 screens in the past year and I have accidentally left items off of jobs, customers have reached out to me and I have rectified.the situations.  I have no reason to not give a customer what they have paid for.  As I have stated, I have no record of this customer and tried to reach out to him by the phone number provided by the BBB.  At this point,  I may have to refer this to an attorney for legal action against this slander.

    I am rejecting this response because: there is simply no way they don’t have a record of my payment. Attached is the receipt. 

    also the MANY messages between me and one of their employees. 

    also, Dominic did reach out to me and left a very rude voicemail which I did return and told him if he wanted to call me back with a better attitude to fix this problem to please do so. I have not heard back.

    I did not get a call back from this person.  I see the texts between him and a former employee that obviously didn't follow up and do his job, this is one of many times that this employee did things without my knowledge.  I still have no record of this person and I am requesting a contract that was between my company and this person.

    Shocking. Yet another piece of communication this individual didn’t get. Seems something isn’t working quite right at his company. What he did get, per the receipt I have now submitted to him three times, is thousands of dollars of my money. I am not looking for or submitting any further materials.

    The fact that he had a ‘rogue’ employee is not my problem. It’s just another example of him running his business poorly. That is not something that I should be expected to mitigate when he very clearly got my payment. He has the cash. That is the most important part of this entire issue. I, however, do not have what I paid for. To resolve this, I want him to mail me the devices I am owed (a WiFi enabler and wind sensor). I do not want anyone from his company at my home ever again. If that is not agreeable, I will file a fraud claim with ******** ******* and let them deal with the issue.

    The business/owner is scamming customers. They come out for a quote, you give them a deposit and never hear back from them. My husband took it the next step and went to the address of the listed business it is a pet shop. They refuse to give us a deposit back and told that our screen order is “screwed up”. It’s a scam. Please make people aware.

    Hi, I’ll go into detail on this piece by piece. We came out and gave a quote, upon receiving deposit we submitted your order to our manufacturer of which is a separate entity from us. I also own a pet store of which the screen installation business operates out of the attached warehouse. When your screens are actively being produced, a refund cannot be processed as these jobs are fully custom and use materials that cannot be reused for another job, no matter of where they are in the process. This was communicated numerous times, and full transparency was given through the entire process. We serve thousands of homeowners all across the southern United States and understand that interruptions in an estimated timeline can be frustrating, but are out of our control. Attached will be all information that was provided to you, that was sent on the same date this complaint was filed. Also attached is the signed contract stating that the time frame given is an estimate, as things can happen to interrupt the work flow of getting your product out on time, along with our non-refundable deposit policy due to the custom nature of the product provided. As of 7/10/2024, your screen system has been fully installed on your new home, and you have paid the balance in full. Thank you.
