  This judo instructors at this location go the extra mile to ensure students learn the material while also keeping everyone safe. The gym encourages participating in competitions while allowing a range for everyone's level of comfort.
  On top of judo classes they also offer equipment for cardio or weight lifting. Anyone looking to be fit or get involved with the sport can benefit from attending.

  The coaches at Louisiana Judo are phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. I have been to several gyms and this one was the best fit for my family. In this friendly environment, our whole family flourishes because of the time and effort that Matt and all his coaches dedicate.

  My daughters have been training with Louisiana Judo and Louisiana Muay Thai since the day it opened.
  It's hard to describe what this gym has done for my daughters because it's so hard to put into words. The confidence Judo and kickboxing have given them, molded and shaped their very being. I know that 14 year old daughter can protect herself and that alone is priceless.
  This is a family gym where the coaches will know your kid, their strengths, their weaknesses and their goals.
  Affordable pricing for parents, schedules that allow some flexibility if you have a busy week, are just a few things that make this gym stand out. If you are even considering martial arts try it out, you won't regret it!

  My daughters have practically grown up in this gym and I wouldn't have it any other way!! I had a lot of coaches as a kid, but none of them cared about their athletes like this staff does. They really have become our second family and we hope to be here for many more years to come. Thank you Louisiana Judo and Louisiana Muay Thai!

  Great one stop shop for all of your martial arts/workout needs. Judo, Muay Thai, self-defense classes, weights and cardio areas. Very family oriented and welcoming. No pressure, no judgment.

  LA JUDO IS PRETTY AMAZING. MY FOUR YEAR OLD IS A STUDENT THERE AND HE’S DOING VERY WELL. THE INSTRUCTORS ARE VERY NICE AND VERY WELL TRAINED. I AM EVEN THINKING OF ENROLLING MYSELF IF I CAN COME UP WITH A DECENT SCHEDULE. THANKS MATT.

  My son has been attending Louisiana Judo since he was 2 years old (he’ll be 5 next month). I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and these people. They are not just teachers, coaches, instructors, mentors, etc… THEY ARE FAMILY!!! Everyone there is so wonderful and they all go above and beyond for their members. You aren’t just joining a gym, you are becoming a member of the most incredible family you could ever ask for!!

  Louisiana Judo is an amazing gym for all children and adults. I myself worked out at Louisiana Judo for many years and now my son has joined Louisiana Judo. They work with all children, including special needs children and believe Judo is meant for anyone. The coaches are Top Tier, always continuing their art and education lead by Matt Davis. Their commitment to every person who enters the gym is meaningful and the culture of the gym feels like family. Every time I walk into the dojo, there is something new and improved. I 100% recommend this gym for anyone who wants to better themselves and their family.

  I've trained at other Judo gyms before, and Louisiana Judo is by far the best Judo gym in the state! Whether you want to learn competitive Judo, learn Judo for fun, self-defense, Muay Thai, or just get in shape, Louisiana Judo is a great place to do so! All of the coaches are well qualified and the gym is very family friendly. I cannot recommend it enough.
