    A female member complained to staff, about sexual harassment during a training session from a male member. Anytime Fitness responded by NOT allowing other members in the aerobic room, while women are being trained, even if it is just 1 woman, capacity is 6 plus a trainer. I am a long standing male member who is NOW, not able to use the room during my training time. This is completely unacceptable. Why should i and others be punished because of one person's actions. Also why is the person who committed the offense still a member ? Shouldn't his membership have been terminated and criminal charges filed? HE COMMITED A CRIME ! But AF's solution is to not allow men into a communal room when women are training, and allow the criminal to remain a member

    Hello ****,
    We NEVER had an issue where a female member was sexually harassed during a training session from a member and reported to staff.
    We did have a female that stated she felt uncomfortable during a training session where a male was in the room and not participating in the session.
    I apologize that we do not allow members who are not participating in Training sessions to use room during Times posted for training sessions. If you are interested in participating in any of the Sessions, please reach out to our staff to get you set up for Classes.
    Class times are posted on the left and right side of the entrance to the
    Class room.
    Please note: Members that are training within the class room are paying an additional cost for classes which include the use of the class room, over the cost of the gym membership. This is why we do not allow members that are not participating in class to use the room during the times posted for classes.
