    On August 27, 2024, Nolan's driver picked up my *** *** ***** mower for repair. At that time, I was told it would be 4 weeks before they could get to it. I provided a written explanation of the problem and additional repairs that I wished to be done while it was in for failure to start. I also requested that they call me with an estimate of what the repairs would cost before beginning work. I heard nothing from them until I called them after 5 weeks. I was told they had not looked at it yet. It has now been over 9 weeks and the only thing I hear from them is when I call them. And it is always an excuse, most recently that they are waiting on parts. That mower was bought from Nolan's in October of 2023 as a used mower.

     As stated in the complaint, he was already 10 days out. With that he was told when the unit was picked up we were running 4-6 weeks behind. By the time we gave him his estimate and got his permission to repair the unit it was Oct. 4th. It took a week for the parts to come in and as soon as they came in we got right on it and did the repairs he requested. Now also keep in mind not all of these parts come from the same manufactory. Once I order these parts I am in the same boat as the customer, I am at the mercy of the distributor and delivery companies. I do apologize for any inconvenience but clearly this was out of my control.
