    Contracted with Lott to replace my roof after Hurricane Laura. Started 2/1/2021.. completed about 2/8/23.
    1st leak noticed on 2/22 after rain. From then on, when heavy rains came, roof leaked. Water began coming in my house. I would call...he would come and look around but could not find where water coming in. A couple of times he said the flashing wasn't put on in some areas. It was always some excuse. Once he came and just wrapped around the chimney with us telling him that was t the problem! Finally after numerous calls from us he finally discovered that the boards under the new roof were rotten/ there was a hole. they had not replaced them initially
    By this time I had extensive damage to two rooms in my house. He promised he would take care of repairs.
    It is now over two hrs ...my inside ceiling and wall and mildewed carpet yet to be repaired. When I call, he will say he will be down but does not show up--always some excuse.
    We have been beyond reasonable and have tried to be patient.!
    I would never recommend this man to anyone.
    Just in the last 3 weeks I found another leak. I sent him pics. He had yet to show up.--once again!

    He also agreed to replace
    /repair a place on the eave on my son's roof..I pd him and he nailed a board up and called that "repairing ".

    I have pictures of the damage in my house and the pathetic "repair" he did on my son's eave.

    I found a typo... Lott finished the roof on 2/8/21 not 2/8 /23.

    the first leak on the chimney was seen 2/22/21...a couple weeks after roof completed.
