      They installed my unit years ago and maintain it once a year.. Just recently, my thermostat would not engage the heat or air. I checked my breaker box first and it was fine so I call Southern Comfort and they were here within and hour. Turns out it was a blown fuse upstairs which traced back to wires touching in the unit downstairs. Fixed, checked freon, and cleaned for a very reasonable cost. I think I can say they have "saved" me several times over the years!

      I am a new customer and had a very good experience. I had to replace an old 5 ton system and was very satisfied with the cost and subsequent installation. All of the technicians are very polite, knowledgeable and professional.

      I have a service contract with Southern Comfort and true to form they contacted me to schedule a check up for the heating system in my home. The technician arrived as scheduled. He was polite, friendly and thorough. Im happy to have Southern Comfort for my HVAC needs.

      My AC started to drip a lot of water (it had NOT been raining) so I called and got a service appointment that same day, and as I waited, fearing the worst, the service tech called and said they could come earlier if that would be okay. I said yes of course and they arrived within fifteen minutes. They checked out the unit, found the problems- there were two problems- and corrected them, explained what had happened, did the scheduled maintenance as well, and I had my AC and heating brought up to date! I have been a repeat customer of Southern Comfort for quite a few years and I would totally recommend them to anyone interested in good prompt service and very reasonable rates.
