I have a business credit card with Corpay One. Corpay scammed my company of $1,400.71 in charges. I have tried to resolve the issue but to no avail. Corpay applied charges of $233.98 and $267.49 in late fees and unknown charge of $899.24. The late charges are uncalculating. I have my original agreement that came with the card. I have my credit card statements, emails and recorded conversations with several representatives from Corpay One. They refuse to acknowledge the errors but insist that I pay via electronic wiring to a PNC bank account that is not proven to be associated with Corpay One. There is no documentation advising payments are to be wired to PNC bank. The reading on back of the credit card says the Mastercard was issued by ************* I have phone recordings of the representative demanding I make a wire transfer to PNC bank. They have locked the account, demanded I pay a statement balance that is not due until 02/28/2023. They also sent me an email stating they have declined my credit from $5000 to now $500. This is bad business and fraudulent practices. How does a credit card company majestically place $800 dollars of unverified charges plus $501.47 in said late fees and demand payment via wire transfer, freezing the account also implement a huge reduction in the business credit limit? I am starting to question is this a mom-and-pop shop because I have never seen a credit card statement that is edited in such manner. I have attached the statements which look like it was done on a QuickBooks system. I have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commissioner, the State Attorney and will be pursuing further. I also included the email correspondence from the Corpay rep. *** sent me a pdf document from 2021-04-02 stating this was my credit card agreement that I agreed to. I received the Corpay One MasterCard in 09/2022. How could I have agreed to a credit card agreement from 2021? Also, I have attached the different email addresses for *******.

CorpayOne Mastercard account had been approved and started at a $2,000 limit. Card was activated on September 21, 2022. A week has gone by since and I've utilized about $750 of the $2,000 limit. My account is now reporting fluctuating negative balances, and the Support team is not providing accurate, concise, helpful information in regards to resolving the inconsistencies I've experienced. The card has been open for less than a month and already they have closed the account, misreported the account balances, and have not contacted or informed me of any ongoing issues. I've reached out several times to have support resolve their errors, but now I see that this is a company that scams users. I warned them I will report and submit complaints to every legal authority if my personal or business credit history is negatively impacted by their deceptive practices and misreporting of credit. I haven't even received my first billing statement as the card was activated less than a month, and already they've blocked my account. Nav is the organization that referred me to apply for this business credit and I will be approaching them with my concerns as well. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating for the small business owner who is seeking to establish business credit. This will negatively impact my future and ruin business opportunities, I otherwise would have obtained.

I am reaching out to complain about this companys practices and also in regards to my account closure . I had a Corpay one business credit card account that was approved in may of this year for $1,000 . I was very grateful for the credit card however I explained to my onboard rep that My business would be utilizing $ ****** on marketing alone and I wanted to have the limit amount reconsidered and I would like to request a limit of $****** . I was advised to send a copy of one of my business credit cards statements confirming that I have higher limit credit cards and I was advised they can possibly match it and I would hear back in a few days on the status . I sent the email within a matter of minutes with the supporting document and I never heard anything so I called in after a week and got the run around from some agents however I was able to speak with one agent that advised me that credit increases arent given and they explained I wasnt given the right information which was a major red flag because that means communication at this company is not Good among employees . I waited a few days and did an online chat with Corpay and was advised by a rep that the limit increase was actually denied because I owed $1,000 and that I needed to call the finance department to make the payment keep in mind the **** wasnt due I had at least 25 days until the due date which no one was able to give me once I called the finance department they advised me that this isnt true and I cant make any payments on my account because it was fairly new and also I learned on that call that my account had been closed for a few days which was a shock to me. No one informed me of this closure I received no notification they couldnt even tell me the reason why. After emailing I learned it was because of using the Corpay one card to pay a **** via a credit union which was a business expense . Nowhere in the terms this is listed . (Attached )This has affected my business tremendously.
