      I have been going here for years with no problems until recently. I was told the total cost for the work was going to be $556 by Mrs. *********** I am attaching documents that prove this. Then she told me if I went elsewhere to have the EXTRACTION done that they would then deduct $300 from the bill. I had the extraction done, and had the work done. Upon having the work done she said I only owed $256 of the $556, and put initials next to the $300 saying that I would not be billed that anymore. From that point going forward I kept constantly getting bills in the mail each saying I owed a different amount. I even had emails coming to me through this office saying they were coming from ********** when she didn't even send the emails on days she was off. Even she told me she didn't send those, but someone else from the office did. I have showed all my paperwork to an attorney, and was told I owe them nothing. Only to then get a bill saying I owed $552 after my balance is and was supposed to be $0. I want my bill corrected. I love having work done here, but am not okay with all these false billing claims they send me which are different on ever single one I received. From day one I was specifically told the $556 was the total I'd be responsible for if I did not have the extraction done. I did have the extraction done which then left me owing $256 which I have already paid them. This is causing me mental stress and anguish over all this.
