    I have used All American Inspections for the inspection of three homes in the past 10 years. They are so incredibly thorough with their inspections and findings. They are very honest and trustworthy and go above and beyond for their customers! If there is anything wrong with the home, you can trust that they will find it! Their concern for your safety/health is top priority as well. They explain all findings thoroughly and take the time to answer any questions you have throughout the process (and after). You receive a detailed report including recommendations for remediation in a timely manner following the inspection. I highly recommend All American Inspections & Testing for your home inspection needs!

    My husband and I agree that hiring Mr. *** and All American Inspections was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We built a new house, and he and his team were extremely thorough in their inspections. Not only did they provide valuable feedback, they shared a lot of other information during the process. Thanks to Mr. **** we now have a fortified roofing system which resulted in a large discount in our home insurance. When the inspections were completed, they continued to take the time to answer questions. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

    *** is amazing and very knowledgeable about stucco installment, moisture, and necessary repairs. We are so fortunate to have found him through All American inspection and testing. He takes his time and does a very thorough job on the outside and inside of the home checking for moisture. He makes recommendations based on what he sees. He is professional and has many other wonderful contacts to help you make getting other inspections easier and hassle free. He gave us information throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions being very patient with me the whole time. He has never lead us in the wrong direction when it comes to buying a stucco home, and its the second time we have used him when purchasing a home. Thankful for him and this company! Highly recommend you wont be disappointed!
