An incident occurred on 2/21/25 at about 9pm. I entered the lobby and ordered three, 8-piece nuggets, dropped fresh. The cashier told another employee that I wanted my nuggets dropped fresh. She said, "They just came up." I asked how long ago and she replied, "about 5 minutes." I told her that I still wanted my nuggets dropped fresh. She nor the cashier responded. I watched her place old nuggets in a bag and set it to the side. Several minutes later nuggets were removed from the fryer. Two more bags of nuggets were placed with the old nuggets for me. I took the older nuggets from the bag, gave it to the cashier and asked for fresh nuggets. Another woman came up and asked what the problem was. I told her the situation and she told me there was nothing wrong with the nuggets. I told her that I wanted the fresh nuggets. She started cursing at me and stated "Yeah I know you asked for fresh nuggets, that's why I did it like this. You aren't getting any other nuggets." She threw the nuggets, hitting the warmer and landing nearby. I told her that I wanted my money back. She kept cursing at me and demanded that I give her $8 back. I told her that I paid $8.16, and wanted that money back. She demanded the $8 change back and was going to give me my $20 bill back. She became even more hostile so I gave her $8 back. She gave me a $20 bill only so I told her that I also wanted my $.16 cents back. I then left. The cashier was $4 short that night because she should have asked for $12 back. In addition, an employee had her child at work. The boy appeared to be less than two, was filthy, and left unattended. His toys and bottles of juice are left all over the lobby floor creating a safety hazard and he had a cell phone playing loud, inappropriate videos to keep him occupied. Not a single person was paying any attention to this child. He could have easily walked out of the door when someone entered and walked onto the busy highway. The entire incident was horrible!
