      Worst company I've ever dealt with. Don't care about their customers. Don't pick up trash when they say they will 7-8 times at least and no remorse and even when we call and say "hey you didn't get the trash again" and they say they will come get it... they still don't come. 7-8+ times. Not worth the hassle. They should close their doors. It's despicable the way they treat people and the should be ashamed of themselves. This place is a den of thieves who take peoples money and dont provide the service they promise. Wouldnt offer a refund or even to cancel the contract. Shame on them! I hope the owner reads this. You can feel free to call me whenever you want I'd like to tell you how you cheated us and did so during a very hard time for my family. You sir/madame are an agent of evil and should change your ways.

      ANNOYED:For years I paid Pont. Waste quarterly - three months in advance - but my trash was so frequently not picked up that I stopped putting out my trash last December. In January they sent me a bill with a LATE PAYMENT CHARGE (for three months ADVANCE payment). I told them I had not put out any trash since December because I was tired of paying for trash pickup when it was not being picked up. They reported to a COLLECTION AGENCY that I owed them for ******** February, and March - plus 20% late charges! I called the agency and told them I did not owe this, had no intention of paying it, and wrote to Pont. Waste saying that, if they did not withdraw their claim to try to damage my credit, I would report this to BBB and elsewhere. Last week the claim had still not been withdrawn.

      She done threatened me. I dont respond well to threats. To me the bbb is the biggest scam out here. Its all about money. If she would have called and canceled instead of not putting trash out an assuming Id cancel her account. My truck still rolls past her house as long as the account is active. We have too many accounts to call every customer that doesnt have trash out. You wanna cancel charter guess what you call them. Have a nice day
