    A new roof was put on my house in May of 2021. I bought the house in June but did not move in until the end of July. In my paperwork was a 10 year warranty on the roof along with the service order for replacement of the roof. Less than a month after I moved in I noticed a small leak in front of my side door. I called the roofers and they were more than happy to come out and start the project thinking that it was hurricane damage. When I explained that it was leaking before the hurricane the business owner agreed to come and look at it the next week. He did not show. I called almost every day without a return call for almost a month. When they finally came out all they did was caulk a nail hole. By this time every time it rained there was a huge puddle in front of my door. After reviewing the work order and inspection of my house there were multiple items that had not been done that were paid for causing the roof to leak. I continued to call and text with no response. The "fix" only lasted about a month before it started leaking again. I attempted to contact them again and they did not respond until I left a message saying that my lawyer would be contacting them. At that time the owner called me back a was very rude. He refused to provide me with his license number or insurance information. He said that he would come by and only fix the original leak but would not work on the further damage that occurred from it not being done properly in the 1st place. I had to get a different roofer out to inspect and point out to me more issues that were on the work order but not actually done. I have been going back and forth with this company for almost a year now with no results. This is not good business. I would like to file a complaint please

    This is *******************************, there was a few things that needed to be addressed. Now this homeowner had the roof inspected before purchasing the house. Everything was fine besides a few minor things. I have since addressed the issues. She decided to get another inspection after addressing the issue. Keep I mind there was a metal section on the roof that we never touched . I am awaiting for the new roof report and will address the concerns that were found.
