    Contracted to have Wilserv apply closed cell spray foam in the crawl space of my split level home. We noticed flooring issues in a few spots and began to inquire with flooring companies about what may be happening. All of them could tell ** they'd fix it but weren't sure why it was happening so we had a moisture remediation company come out and they discovered the problem. When Wilserv applied the foam they missed a large chunk that was allowing moisture direct access to the subfloor and thus starting to rot. In addition, the foam was applied so poorly that it wasn't adhering to the floor but you could ply it off with your hands. When I contacted Wilserv they have seemed very disinterested and have now become evasive. I hired them in good faith and now am burdened with a repair project of almost 10x more than what I paid them. I would like it as if I never hired them. Please remove the product and reimburse me for the sub floor and laminate repairs and just go away. Thanks.

    In speaking with our crew in that area I was told they went to exam the damage and were willing to make a repair but the homeowner told them he did not want what was being offered.  We make every attempt to satisfy our customer's insulation needs and are dismayed that someone is not happy with our service.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19960587, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



    The company did not offer to repair the damage.  Kody informally offered to apply spray foam to the portion they missed originally, which is now rotting wood that needs to be replaced due to their incompetence and would do nothing to eliminate the problem of moisture being trapped, but Wilserve stopped responding to me shortly thereafter. I would gladly accept if they wanted to repair the damages! They haven't even offered to remove the defective product which didn't even properly adhere to the subfloor.
