Better Business Bureau,Subject: Formal Complaint Against Magee Financial Regarding Unauthorized Debt Reporting To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint against Magee Financial regarding their unauthorized reporting of a debt to the credit bureaus. I want to clarify that I am the original debtor and not a third party disputing this debt on behalf of someone else. Magee Financial inaccurately reported a closed account with account number ******************** as "Paid Charge Off" and "Paid Profit And Loss," despite a $0.00 balance. They categorized the status as "CollectionOrChargeOff" and falsely claimed late payments. Furthermore, I have never entered into any contractual agreement with Magee Financial, nor have I provided my consent or acknowledgment of this alleged debt. Despite multiple requests for documentation to validate this debt, Magee Financial has failed to provide any evidence. This unauthorized reporting has severely impacted my credit score and financial stability. Therefore, I urgently request the BBB's intervention to rectify this matter promptly and ensure Magee Financial complies with all relevant consumer protection laws and regulations.Thank you.
