    partment and some boxes from the 10x10' storage unit were packed into a truck. They started late due to a broken truck (2nd). We were informed by the movers at 4 pm that it was late in the day and they we're finished for the day and they would deliver what they had loaded, which again was a less than half full truck, the following day. The third and last failed attempt to complete the move occurred on August 21, 2023. They loaded some of the contents of the two 10x25' units, but another half full truck. After this third failure to complete the job, ************************* became increasingly difficult to get to obtain a response from. I threatened him with legal action, he did begin answering the phone, briefly, he promised he hadn't forgotten about us and that he was going to complete the job and/or issue us a refund, neither ever materialized. On December 12, 2023, I hired another mover who completed the job. I paid him $3900.

    We have attempted to arrange for a refund, but have been unsuccessful connecting. Please provide a mailing address and we will issue a refund check to you in the amount of $400.
