      Ive been ordering Metanx for over a year. Refills are automated and I am contacted before each refill is charged and shipped. It couldnt be easier.

      I have been dealing with Brand Direct about ***************************************************************************** whenever I cal *** completely satisfied with their service over the past 14+ yrs.

      This company seems a bit shady. They charge for 90 days even if you cancel after on month! I just got off the phone with them and they said they will refund me. We'll see.

      Having a very hard time getting my refill filled. My doctor sent it in and no medicine or phone call.

      This company is horrible. Pricing is insane and customer service non-existent. They will steal your personal information and refuse to allow you to access your own account, making it impossible to get prescriptions delivered to the correct address when you move, or stop payments when they refuse to change your shipping address. Some BS automated system asked me to verify my identity, then told me that my email address - literally my only email address, was not the email associated with my account (not possible), then just stopped replying to my messages at all. Now I'm stuck getting billed for their c*** that they will only send to the wrong address since they wouldn't let me change that. Now the only thing I can do is cancel my credit card and tell my doctor to stop sending prescriptions to them, since I can't get the meds from them anyway. Just stay as far away as you can.

      I'm surprised at the number of negative reviews and problems other patients have had with Brand Direct Health, I've ordered my Metanx from them for a few years now and have always received my Metanx in a timely manner. They always text me when my prescription is due. Because my employer changed Insurance companies in the middle of the year, I still had plenty of medication, but the new insurance company does not offer Metanx in their drug formulary so I had to find an alternative pharmacy. BDH came up on my online search with the lowest price for it even when I used a GoodRX discount coupon . Because I had medication leftover from my previous prescription I'm able to text BDH to let them know later when I need a new prescription and they've been very accommodating to me. I haven't had any problems with them contacting my doctor, filling &/or refilling my prescription.
