    On a rush job we contacted ************ Systems to see if they could provide flooring needed for a short turn around project. They stated that they could provide the required flooring provided we pay an expedited shipping fee. We agreed and they provided a quote which outlined the cost of materials ($4,077.95) and expedited shipping ($1,718.28) which included in writing the guaranteed 3-day delivery. The order was processed the afternoon of Wed, Oct 25th, knowing that despite the 3-day delivery guarantee the materials would probably arrive on Mon, Oct 30th which was ok with us. The materials did not arrive on the 30th so I called them on the Tues Oct 31st and they said the materials were delayed and may arrive on the Wed, Nov 1st. After daily follow up the materials arrived on Mon, Nov 6th; twelve days after the initial order was placed.On Nov 1st a representative named ************************* stated the mistake was his and they would refund the full shipping costs, then on Nov 2nd ***** sent an email stating that a partial refund would be issued, but the amount was to be determined. It is now Nov 20th and no refund has been issued and our emails have not been responded to.A 50% refund was issued but that did not even begin to cover the expenses incurred from their extremely late delivery.
