    11/16/2022 *********************** is the supervisor/operations mgr. of All American Restoration of Covington LLC met me, my husband ******* and our insurance claims adjuster at that time, ********************* of **************************** ****** assess the roof with **** and ******* and discuss what issues were found. *******, my husband found a few rotten roof boards on one side of the house that needed to be changed before the new replacement roof was to be installed. **** told ******, once the old roof is removed and any issues you find, more rotten/split boards that need to be changed, etc. take pictures and keep count of each board so you can send to me (****) I need everything documented. It was agreed that they would tear off the old roof, nails, paper, etc. **** told ******, when you remove the old roof and you see something that doesn't look right and needs to be changed call me, email me pictures. I want to know ASAP & stop the job for a few minutes. ****** had one thing on his mind on 3/20/2023, when the new roof was installed. ****** said 1 day to do this roof. He rushed through the job. ****** bought the wrong thickness of the replacement boards, reports will point that out. OUR ROOF DECK IS BROKEN AND ****** DIDN'T SAY ONE WORD. ****** had the ***** workers install the roof anyway. We have reports and pictures that say this. Also the workers did Faulty Workmanship/Damaged the roof and shingles while installing the roof. A total mess. I have emails from **** he doesn't believe the reports and says he can fix the roof, our roof doesn't need to be replaced. We refuse to talk and meet with ****. **** has a very nasty attitude. An attorney gave us advice to protect ourselves and our home. New Roof is coming: 10/30/23 & 10/31/23 or 11/6/23 & 11/7/23, ****** ROOFING WILL BE INSTALLING first, OUR NEW ROOF DECK ON OUR HOME AND second THEY WILL INSTALL THE NEW ROOF. On our shed, they will just install a new roof only. CAN'T INCLUDE ALL MY DOCUMENTS. EMAIL ME SO I CAN ADD PROOF

    To whom it may concern,

     

    In March of 2023 we performed a re-roofing job at the location of ****************************************************************************. A signed contract was signed prior to commencing the job. Since this was an insurance job, the contract stated that the owners owed us the insurance checks that were to come and there only out of pocket cost was to be there deductible. We did not take any payment upfront. The owners chose a particular color shingle in which we showed them samples of prior to installing, once installed they complained that it was the wrong color. We proved this to be true with the actual manufacturer rep of the shingle, that the shingle they requested was the one installed. Stillno payment made to me. They then proceeded to get their own inspectors to find small issues with the roof. When I responded to them on this matter that we would gladly take care of these items, she responded that I wasnt to be trusted because we did a poor job the first time. Again, still ZERO payment made to me. I argued with her back and forth through text and emails for a few months, to please allow us to correct any issue that any inspector has found and they continue to deny it. My only course of action is to pursue this legally, but I have just been too busy to do so. I am currently out of pocket $10k.
