    Lack of communication on the businesses part. It was described to me that my old system would be compatible with the new one. It took months for them to get back with me after me contacting them multiple times and the parts being on backorder. They installed the products but never explain to me how to use them or hooked the system up properly. It took weeks and a tech finally came out. He called me the other day, and said that my old micro inverters are not compatible with new system. And then I would have to upgrade my micro inverters. I wouldve never have purchased this system if I knew that before hand. No one in this business has been honest with me and theyre very hard to get in contact with. So I either want my money back or they fix the issue at no extra cost for me. Ill take it a step further and tell them to eat the entire cost of the system and everything theyve done for the trouble theyve caused me. A couple of the employees even made an excuse that theyve had deaths in their families. Not calling them liars, but it just seems to occur often in order to skate their responsibility to fix the issue. This has been such a humongous headache, and the way they run business is absolutely stressful and unprofessional.

    I STARTED THE PROCESS GETTING SOLAR PANELS THROUGH SOLAR AMERICA WHO THEN SET ME UP WITH TREN SOLAR AS MY INSTALLER AND MOSAIC AS MY LOAN COMPANY. THE SOLAR PANELS WERE INSTALLED JULY 2024. SINCE THEN MINIMUM CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE TO ME. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS GIVEN TO ME BY THE COMPANY. I HAVE ONLY TALKED TO ONE PERSON A FEW TIMES WHO ENSURED MY INSPECTION AND SOLAR PANEL HOOK UP WAS IMMINENT. AS THE EMPLOYEES QUIT THE BUSINESS THEY CONTACTED ME SAYING THEY DO NOT WORK FOR THE COMPANY *******. THEY ALL QUIT ONE BY ONE SINE OCTOBER OF 2024 BECAUSE **** ****** WAS NOT PAYING THEM SUPPOSEDLY. I HAVE ONLY RECENTLY LEARNED THAT HE IS KNOWN FOR SETTING UP SOLAR PANELS ON HOUSES UNHOOKED AND POORLY DONE AND LEAVING CUSTOMERS WITH OUT ANY NOTICE. MY SITUATION IS THAT I AM PAYING FOR SOLAR PANELS THAT DO NOT WORK AND A COMPANY THAT IS OUT OF BUSINESS WITH OUT ANY NOTICE. THE LOAN COMPANY ****** HAS RELEASED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT BEFORE **** ****** COMPLETED THE *** THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME AND EXPECT ME TO PAY BACK THE LOAN ON PANELS THAT ARE USELESS TO ME. HE HAS SINCE STARTED A NEW COMPANY IN *********, **, CALLED "PELICAN POWER". IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE EMPLOYEES REACHING OUT TO ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA SAYING THIS I WOULD STILL BE THINKING TRES SOLAR IS WORKING ON MY CASE. **** ****** NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. HIS PHONE NUMBER IS ************. HE HAS NEVER PICKED UP BUT THIS IS THE NUMBER EVERYBODY GAVE ME.     Contract with Tren Solar in June 2024 and it is not October 18, 2024 and the installation of the system is not complete. Please refere to Complaint ID: ******** for additional information. The complaint was ruled as invalid because I did not provide a valid contract in a timely manner.

    The business is a solar company that installed solar on my roof. I've attached the contract for your review. The contract was signed at the end of June of this year and the work took about 3 months to finish, everything just got turned online at the beginning of October. When the panels were installed on the roof, it caused water to leak. Everytime it rains water now leaks through my roof because of the panels. It's a new roof and water leaks have never happened previously and the water leaks exactly where the panels are installed. We've contacted the company multiple times and they tried to fix it. However, after their attempts it still leaks. Once the solar came online we had to pay the final "Permission to Operate" bill. We paid this and have still tried to get them to fix the leak, but now that we've paid they don't respond to us anymore and refuse to fix the leaks. We have many text messages from the owner/employees of the company that all prove the leak to include screenshots. We'd like to have the leaks fixed, that's the main solution we're searching for. Panels were installed in multiple parts of the roof and we can only see a leak in one area where there's no insulation. The other areas of the roof have spray foam insulation. It's safe to assume that the leaks are happening here as well but we just can't see it because of the spray foam. So there's a lot that needs to be done and the company that provided services aren't fixing what needs to/honoring the contract. Hope you can help. Thank you.
