    Tried giving the young man a chance to start his business when he installed our A/C unit in July 2018. However, after install, he would not respond to any communication, nor did he ever provide an Invoice or copy of Product Registration and Warranty. We had another HVAC professional come in and they had to completely re-work the duct work. We have our HVAC serviced twice a year to ensure it is well kept, but our coil has developed a lead in Sep 2023 and while attempting to contact the manufacturer regarding the 10-year warranty, we find out ******** Climate Control wrote someone else's name on the registration. Without an invoice to prove our purchase, we are unable to correct the registration and get the coil replaced under warranty. We paid $4,500 for the original unit and install plus another $600 to get his installation mistakes corrected, and now we are on the hook for another $2300 to fix the coil. He still has an active website and ******** page, as well as working telephone number but refuses to respond to any communication.
