    Date of transaction:Feburary 13,2024 and Feburary 28,2024.On Feburary 13 2024 paid ******* on Feburary28,2024 paid 200.00.The service call is for tree debris removal.Removal And Maintenance ********* committed to removing tree debris laying in piles.Agreement to remove any trees obstructing the path equipment is to use not exceeding 6 inches in diameter.Also grinding any stumps obstructing a path equipment is to use in removing tree debris.My dispute is Removal And Maintenance ********* failed to finish removing tree debris on Feburary 13,2024.I informed Removal And Maintenace ********* on Feburary 19,2024 of tree debris left on my property.Removal And Maintenance ********* response is ok.I contacted Removal And Maintenance on Feburary 20,2024 and tree debris was not removed.Feburary 21,2024 Removal And Maintenance ********* informed me by text message he would be there for removal of tree debris.Feburary 21,2024 Removal And Maintenance ********* informed me the job was complete.March 1,2024 upon my arrival to *************************************************************. They tree debris was not removed from my property.March 9,2024 I informed Removal And Maintenance ********* tree debris was not removed.

     We have came out there on three different occasions and has spent the 1st 12hr day using a 100 foot 30 ton to get the Cut up trees that were existing on the ground already out. ( Because the ground was too wet to go with the original plan to use A wheel machine with a grapple to grab the debris out and *********** No big deal, it's something a tree guy's deal with all the time.)

     And in the same 1st day grinding  5 + Extrast, stumps, just to be nice.

    We have set up to him. Have a $2000 in deposit As you can see in the signed contract and pay the remaining balance on 3/1/24. ************************* Offered pay early! ( $1000 ) Before I sent a link for payment of $1000 I explained to him that there was still debris in the ditch. ( Job is 95% percent done ) See that the payment did not go through. I was concerned.

    My side of the story in detail. 

    On 3/27/24 ******* called ********** and talk My secretary *************** didn't want to talk to ******. He just wanted to talk to me. ****** explain to ******* that I was out-of-state going to a funeral I will Get back to him With in a few days. 

     

    I call ******* on 3/7/24 Someone answer But could not hear him.

    Then Again I contact ************; on 3/9/24  ******* explained to. me that he's not able to pay Because of a Personal issue

    As a business owner with a lot of overhead and a signed Binding Contract With Terms & Conditions i Texted him this following day on 3/10/24 Because the job is 95% done.

    Hello *************************** here with RM TREE. What we have left on the job. (Grab 2 yd tree, and 2 pieces of plywood )

     

    As soon as you make your next payment of 

      $1000 That you promised me to beginning of March. I'm willing to finish the project.

     

    And trust that you'll make your last payment of $1100 Buy April  

     

    Let me know your thoughts.

    I gave him the option to do what's right.  However, I'm still willing to work with him.

    Please know what we can do to resolve this issue as We have already done more work than that's on the proposal. ( Extra ***** grinding )  And the job is 95% complete, In according to the Signed proposal And what's on the job site.
