    Brought my jetski in for warranty work with one hour on the dash was told they needed more time to do a recall that came in. When I was told my ski was ready I went to pick It up and was told the ski has 6 hours on it then I noticed scratches everywhere missing bolts and lose speakers and damaged traction mats I informed the shop I wouldn't take Possession of the ski with the damage and left I was called and told the ski was ready again I went to pick it up not all the damage was repaired and the ski had new scratches when I got home I turned the ski on and the engine light and code was still there I started the ski and it began to smoke badly after 10 seconds I then allowed to ski to sit for a few days And checked the oil all the oil had been drained out and the ski reads zero hours on the dash I believe this shop intentionally in an act of spite destroyed my motor

    Mr ********* brought us hs ski because the dealer he brought it to was not able to get to it in a timely fashion.  We wrote up his ski when it had six hours on the motor.  The fuel pressure regulator was erratic. We ordered a new one to install. the part was on backorder which did cause the ski to have to sit.  He brought us the ski with no seat, so we left it stored inside out of the elements.

    When he came to pick up the ski, we acknowledged at that time that our technician did not properly re-tighten the left speaker, and we may've scratched it.  In the interest of good business, we kept the ski and took care of the scratches he pointed out that we could not definitively determine if we were guilty of or not.  We did not touch his motor, nor did the fuel pressure regulator rquire that we do anything with his oil.  We did not run the ski, as he did not leave us the seat,

    There is a special procedure for checking the oil in these late model skis. As a policy, we have our technicians check the fluid level multiple times when we change oil, specifically for the reason the customer states. If you don't know how to check it correctly, it could read empty.  Then, if you go add oil thinking you are helping, you could induce damage to the motor.

    We regret that Mr ********* is not happy with his experience.  We are a brand-new business and want to make each and everyone happy.  In this case, we went above and beyond for him and just couldn't give him the pleasure that we hope to offer everyone.
