    WOW! We are super impressed with Keen Sewer & Drain Cleaning Company, and their workers.
    About two weeks before Thanksgiving, our washing machine drain was slow draining and backing up. Keen's was recommended to us by our plumber, ***** *******.
    Keen's is a small company that is run and owned by Wendell Keen.
    For our drain problem before Thanksgiving, Wendell's grandson, ****, came to our rescue. ****, a young man, college age, arrived within an hour for our call. He was a very nice and pleasant young man who got right to work and fixed our problem. He assured us that if we had any more problems with the drain, they stand behind their work with a 30 day warranty.
    Well, today, 12/09/2022, our AC stopped cooling. Our AC man, **** *****, came out and found that the AC drain was clogged, and not letting the water drain, so it was accumulating in the over-flow pan, thus cutting off the AC. **** drained the water in the pan and said we would need someone to unclog the drain.
    Well, we called Keen's Sewer & Drain Cleaning, and they were here within under two hours.
    **, a Marine, and veteran, working for Keen's got on our roof and by process of elimination, found the clogged drain and unclogged it.
    ** was a very cordial and friendly man, who when he arrived got right to work. He walked around the house to see what vent pipe he thought might be the problem. He suspected possibly two pipes may be the problem. He got on the roof, and by process of elimination, found the problem pipe, cleaned it out, and then went into the attic to reconfirm that the problem was solved with the AC unit.
    I am very impressed with Keen's Sewer & Drain Cleaning Company, and their workers, who get to the problem and solve it in no time.
    Their prices are Most Reasonable ... their work has a 30 day warranty ... they are quick to respond to a call ... and their workers are most proficient, skilled, pleasant, informative, and friendly!
