    On March 24, 2022, we paid a deposit for a 30 KW Cummins Generator with installation (which i have loaded). We were told that the generators were to take 24-26 weeks to come in. After this time frame passed, we were given excuse after excuse as to why we still did not have it. After about 18 months, we decided we just wanted our deposit back and would get one elsewhere. The company previously was called Climate Services and has since changed to BK Austin Electric. After numerous phone calls, conversations, etc., we finally got a letter from them on 8/22/2023 and felt we had no choice but to agreed to give the company the extra time to pay us back in two separate payments (which i have also loaded to reflect). Since 09/25/2023 We once again have tried numerous times to get the remainder of what is owed, but they seem to be once again avoiding us. We just would like our money back

    BK Austin Electric LLC purchased Climate Services Group on March 15th of 2023. This was an asset purchase only and we did not retain any debt from prior owner or previous commitments that were made. Any attempt to collect on a prior debt from Climate Services Group should be directed to **** ***** at ************.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We received a response from **** ***** via text directly after the complaint which read "I have spoken with the manager over distributions. Would you please send me your mailing address so the payment can be mailed? There has been a difficult time in communication and completing the reimbursement.. The system that was used by my company is no longer used and the historical data is gone."

    We replied promptly and still have not received payment.
