    I hired this company to do electrical work for me. They asked for a down payment which I paid. He came and done the work. I was out of town when he did the work and he instructed me that he was finished so I paid him the balance.

    Upon returning, I seen that the work was not finished. The wires were run to the electrical boxes, but the electrical boxes were not put in and fuses were not in place.

    I contacted him and asked him to come and complete the work. For three weeks I have tried to communicate with him with not much cooperation or response.

    Three times he has said he would come and finish the work and I always had an excuse why he could not come. Finally on Sunday of this last week he promised he would be here and again did not show up. I got upset with him, asking why he could not come and finish this job and he got, upset with me and said he was not coming back to do the work.
    As of yet, he will not respond to give me a refund for the work that was not complete. He will not answer phone calls or texts and has left me hanging. I have paid for this work and this business will not come back and finish their work.
    He also has refused to provide me with an invoice or a paid receipt. I do have receipt of Zelle payments to him.

    I was contacted by Ms ****** to do the work at a tiny building on her property on **** ******** **.  I told her that it will be done in stages as the other trades complete their stages of work.  This is typical and the way it’s done on all new construction jobs.  I completed the initial stage of roughing in the building.  This was boxes set, wire pulled, and a couple of working circuits for the other trade(s) to use to complete their work.  She asked when I would come back and finish the work and I told her the process.  When the other trades finish their part I would schedule coming back to do the finish work.  It went on for a few weeks and she called back saying she was ready.  I told her I would schedule it and get to it.  In my work there are trouble calls and emergency trouble calls.  There was a storm and a hurricane during this time so I got really busy with trouble calls, which I told her takes priority over normal work because these are generally emergencies.  She got very impatient and very rude with her texts.  I told her, after her threats of this and finding someone new, that I think that is best if she can’t wait.  She did find someone… he did unbelievably awful work… I went back out after all of the verbal contact and fixed THAT guys “work” and finished installing her lighting.  Since then, TODAY, she asked me to give her a quote on more work.  I don’t believe this complaint is valid and I am disputing it’s validity.  Thank you for your time and help with this matter.  Have a great day.
