This company is excellent! They installed a new sliding patio door at our home and did a great job. Everyone affiliated with our project was courteous, professional, and happy. The workmanship was excellent. After a week or so, they sent a personalized thank you card with a sweet gift and an incentive for future business. We were faced with the task of replacing our siding, fascia, and soffit around our home, so we decided to give Jim Olivier’s a try. The whole crew was friendly and courteous. At the very start, we had a feeling that we would be dealing with a company that would be honest and provide quality work. Anna at the office in Alexandria, explained the process and got us started with an appointment for an estimate. Doug provided the estimate and gave us plenty of time, with no pressure, as we worked with him on the changes that we needed. After the estimate was accepted and the order placed, Cindy kept us updated on the status of our upcoming project. The workers, John and A.J., were masters at their job. The completed project showed a product laid out straight, corners cut evenly, and we were left with a look that complimented our home. It’s rare these days that we feel valued as a customer, but Jim Olivier’s Home Improvements definitely caused us to feel that way. We were given excellent service, and a product that would last a long time and look good for many years to come. It’s the kind of service that a customer comes back to. 5 starsWe chose Jim Olivier’s Home Improvement for a patio door and windows throughout.
It all started with our salesman Doug. He spent hours with us on a Friday evening giving us so many options, and answering every question we had.
Next, was the continuous notifications updating us with the status of our door and windows. To our surprise, both the looks and quality of the door and windows were even better than we were ever expecting.
Finally, there was our installer Vance. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the pride he has is just unmatched. He would clean up after each installation, and you could not even tell that any construction had been performed.
We highly recommend Jim Oliver’s Home Improvement. Without a doubt, should we need again, we will definitely give them a call.Review fromKatie M
