    When we began renting this storage unit in 08/18/22 it was a different company. The name was Life storage, under this management the facility was clean. Shortly after it became Storage Center, I started to notice the units were not temperature controlled as promised, there started to be a sewage smell in the units. On 2/20/2024 we discovered mouse f**** on our items. We went down to management to ask about the mouse problem because a email was never sent out. When we spoke to the lady she said there is no refunds, no reduced monthly rate and no manager over her. She even said she never met the owner. She then told us we were not the only ones complaining about mouse f**** and that it is normal in storage units. She only offered to put mouse poison in our storage unit. That same day we got another storage unit and made several trips to clear out our storage unit. We have videos and pictures of our property ruined, and not only that, it is a health violation. When we went back to notify her of our plan to move out she asked why would I leave if my payment covers until March 18, 2024. I would also like to not that the price to rent the storage unit increases in December and I brought that to the attention of the manager. She did not care. This is months of damage to our items since The Storage Center has took over.Rent break down since the storage center:Sept 2023 - $195.00 Oct 2023 - $195.00 Nov 2023 - $195.00 Dec 2023 - $210.00 Jan 2024 - $210.00 February 2024 - $210.00
