    May 2022 oh, I was in a three car collision on *******************. After driving my vehicle home, it was parked in the driveway and the neighbors palm tree fell across the hood and windshield of my vehicle. My niece who works at the listed shop convinced me to let them fix my vehicle. They towed my vehicle and I did not see my vehicle for six months. When I tried to call the possible owner, he would not return my calls. My niece, then also ruined our relationship and made promises that were not filled. When I did finally receive my vehicle, it was not fixed at all other than the bodywork. I could not, and cannot take my vehicle on the interstate. All lights come on my vehicle, and , there are parts in my backseat that were never put back in my engine. I never received any paperwork stating what was completed. In October 2022 I finally was able to get them to take it back. They took my vehicle back I believe in January 2023 finally. Still, I never received a call from the acclaimed owner , I believe his name is *******. Two weeks later I got the text to pick up my car. **** picked up my car and a young gentleman handed me my key never spoke to me, nor gave me any paperwork. I asked if my car is fixed this time, and he shook his head. When I drove my vehicle, it was worse than before. It was obvious nothing had been done. He has not returned my messages cents. My car is a 2019 traverse and now it is not worth the parts on it. I do not have any more money after paying for lifts and rental cars to get to and from work for six months to get it fixed. My insurance company paid them $20,000 to fix my vehicle. in a text previously from my niece she stated that it was under a possible other name. Collision depot, and the owners name is ****. I have not been able to find the company under that name as well. All I want is to bring my car to my dealership and them to pay the bill to have it fixed finally.
