    04/27/22 I paid $2500 cash to paint and get the dents out my 1999 Toyota Tacoma my truck stayed there for 6 weeks with nothing being done on my truck I’ve called everyday to see progress on my truck when I finally got the truck back on a rainy day I couldn’t really look over the truck so when the rain stop I looked over my truck it was it was horrible truck still had the dents on the truck they just covered it with paint so I contacted the owner of the shop he pretty much told me that it wasn’t his problem that it was between me and his son that works for him I asked him for a refund back and the owner just started cursing at me telling me that the job was a $2500 job and what I thought I had newer model truck and he didn’t see nothing was wrong with the truck I’m showing him the concerns I had about the job he shop has done on my truck. I just want my full refund back that I paid for a job that was suppose to be done right and I don’t want them touching my truck again if they can’t do it right the first time they sure can’t do it right this time I just want to move on and get this resolved

    Hello,this is Al from Al's paint and body shop and I received a  complaint from ****** ******** about a color change on a 1999 Toyota truck that was painted at my shop by my son Brad. Brad and ****** ******** negotiated on a price to do the job and Brad was paid for the repairs and used my letter head to give him a receipt. So that's out of my control  and not at fault. I tell all my customers that if they have any problems with the repairs on the vehicle don't hesitate to call because I always aim to please my customer.
