    DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came to change my oil on 6/15/24, I went straight home. The next day, Sunday, I had a cracked rim so the car stayed parked at home until Wednesday that week. Once I replaced my rim I got back on the road and the very first day of driving after my oil change I maybe went 25-50 miles total before my car ran hot. Pulled over and noticed oil leaking as well. Get towed to dealership to be told the Take 5 employees who serviced my car forgot to replace my oil pan’s washer for the plug, and screwed my oil filter on so tight it caused my coolant to leak through the back of my thermostat. Now I spend 140.00 for my oil change and currently facing a bill for 2700.00 to replace my thermostat, coolant reservoir and a gasket. I have not been able to reach the specific location. Only other locations and customer service. Piss poor SERVICE IM GENERAL.

    Very careless operation. I had the oil changed on my 2013 Toyota Camry. Once on the road I stopped in town and noticed oil leaking. The manager gave a bogus reason the oil was leaking. (Not because of the oil change). Proceeded to get a second opinion and was told it was the fact that when take 5 changed the oil, they did not remove the old gasket. My car no longer leaks oil. Would never use them again.
