    Kliebert didn't communicate effectively that the customer is responsible for the traveling fee pror to arriving to customer.. The tech left his job site at approximately 7:30 and arrived at my home around 8:30 and I was charged $125 before the problem was assessed. . And after that had to return to the warehouse to get the materials at an additional cost to complete the job. In conclusion I paid extra $$ due to not using a company within my area. When I called the company about my concern, I'm told not only is a per hour rate applied but TMM ( traveling time to the customer).
    The problem was resolved within an hour once we got past the traveling.
    Lesson learned and questions will be asked prior to rendering any services.
    Sad and shouldn't be acceptable.
