    I texted Standford and Son on July 3 the AC went out. Due to the weather including my schedule we decided at date to check the AC. The tech arrived on July 18th and said we needed a new coil; I asked if i needed freon he said no. The estimate he gave me was $2, 023.50. i was shocked because the AC was from Sears an we complaint about this ac before. The reason i called them because BBB had sent to my house to fix the system. The house was getting too warm an I have two elderly parents ages 83 and 85. So i decided to do a preapplication through Wisestack. Standford wanted me to release the money before they do the work which I did. On Tuesday August 13th they installed the new coil. The techs finished and I asked is that it one tech said yes and left without telling me anything. The next day I came back home from work my mother told me she heard a big boom sounded like a noisy dryer. I checked the Ac an it stopped working. I texted the workers again explaining what happened and asked should I turned the AC off he texted back yes. The tech stated it might be the fan motor he did not touch it. An if it is the motor i will be extra charges. He told me that he will come to my house Thursday August 15. The tech texted me his guy have covid and will come Friday, I did not want any chances for my parent to get it so I told him when he cleared give me a call. The heat was overwhelming I text can any of your techs can come out. The tech called an i missed his call. This person did not leave any message nor text me back. Thursday this is the actual text he gave me (Hi the tech will call before he comes, please make sure u answer he will call from . I text k thank you. Today the same tech who install the coil came back. I asked what the problem is up there no respond. they checked the back. I waited an he ask can you come outside. Ok he said look around your AC it was built up dirt it will cost 125 if I try to do it myself do not call him, then he left my ac is still out

    Sorry for any inconvenience we are only responsible for the equipment you purchased that was the evaporator coil we made sure it was operating properly when you called we came back and gave you a diagnosis you declined all repairs to correct all other issues we also offer to send a plumber out for free you never responded we would love to help you get the rest of your repairs completed.

    Day one I called I had a problem with my AC on July2nd. I texted on July 3rd asked how much it would cost to check it out. I have two elderly parents in the house . $85. Due to the weather the AC were checked on July 18th. I asked do I need freon or what is wrong with the AC. So he checked the attic, told me its the coil. I asked is anything else wrong with it. Answer NO. I did the application but i question myself why I have to release the money an the AC wasn't fix yet. They arrived August 13th installed to coil and have me register the warranty online. When both came down I ask is everything ok? Is it fixed you said yes and left. Over the night the AC was still running when i left for work. I arrived back from work around 9:45 i did not hear the AC running my mother told me around 5 she heard a loud noise like shoes in the dryer. I text and told you the AC not working. OK we will come Thursday. IYou must forgotten on the text We didn't touch the motor and it will cost extra if it is. instead, you coming you text your worker have covid. Odd. So I stated come back until that person clear. I have two parent who can easily catch it. The house was very warm over the weekend and it was going to get worst the following week with the heat. on Friday both you and your assist arrived and checked the coil. I asked is something wrong? NO RESPOND, You went by the outside unit I ask is it the freon? NO RESPOND. THE ONLY THING THIS PERSON TOLD ME MA'AM CAN YOU PLEASE COME OUTSIDE LOOK AROUND YOU SEE THIS IS BUILD UP DIRT. IT SUPPOSE TO BE CLEAN EVERY 6 MIONTHS. I DO NOT DO MAINTANCE. IF I DO THIS IT WILL BE 125. AND I DO NOT HAVE TIME. SO WHAT ITS GOING TO BE. I asked can i do this myself. IF YOU DO AND IF THE AC DO NOT WORK DO NOT CALL US. Since put in a google review to apologize and you will bring a plumber.. ODD this person did not give me the person name, phone number, nor the plumber call me. THIS WAS SUNDAY August 25.
    On the 26th I texted back is this coming out of my pocket . SINCE LATE RESPONSE I HAVE TO SEE IF HE AVAILABLE TODAY. I said ok . Afterward no response on in the google review.You stated I refuse. I do not a refund, nor any service from this company. The lie and con an elderly couple and a woman that is low. FROM DAY ONE AGAIN I ASKED WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE AC. YOU DID NOT INSPECT AT ALL WHY UNTIL NOW YOU TELL ME THE UNIT OUTSIDE IS BLOCK WITH DIRT, AN HOW MANY TIMES YOU WENT OUT THERE TO CHECK THE PRESSURE. UP IN THE ATTIC MY COWORK FOUND THAT THE WATER IS BLOCKED IN THE TRAY. SO, WHEN YOU WERE UP THERE YOU DID NOT SEE FULL TRAY OF WATER? AGAIN I DO NOT WANT TO STOP PAYMENT ITS A THIRD PARTY BUT I FEEL YOU TAKEN ADVANTAGE ON OLD PEOPLE AND YOU THINK NO ONE DON'T HAVE ANY COMMON SINCE. THIS PLUMBER IS YOUR FRIEND, COMPANY OR WHAT TIRED OF BEING SCAM AN WE ARE TIRED OF TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
