    Hired Ludlam for 2 houses after hurricane Laura. Company is a joke. Both houses had inferior work inside and out. Tried to charge for work not done which i refused to pay for. Both houses now have roof leaks to the point of having to be redone completely after only 18 months. I have plenty pictures and documentation as work was being done. 1 of the houses was leaking when they so said finished. Repeated calls and he sent a guy over with a caulking gun? Beware of these people and company.
    I have given 1 star because I had to to leave this review.

    Ludlam Construction did repair work on my home that was damaged by Hurricane Ida. Roof work and interior repair. The work was not done properly and Ludlams representatives assured me that the work would be completed properly. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions via text, phone calls, and emails. The 2 representatives of Ludlam are no longer employed by them and the company has not responded to my numerous attempts to contact them. They were paid for a job that was not done correctly and have not resolved the situation.

    The sheet rock in the ceiling has a flat paint with no texture so you will see the patch spot

    Prior to doing any work at my home I told the representative from Ludlam that I did not want a rectangle on my ceiling. I wanted the section removed and done properly. It's in my living room. People see it. I was assured by the representative that the work would be done correctly. It was not even though 2 representatives assured me it would be fixed.
