      ******* came out to fix my washer which had a drain that was leaking. He told me I needed a new pump for $398. Stupidly, I paid him - he said the company did not take credit cards, so I wrote a check after paying the $70 service fee. I called him the next day after talking to my husband and told him that we did not want the pump. He promised he would drop the money back at my house. The drain was the only problem. He kept the money and quit answering my calls. A scam.

      They deserve a 0. This company was assigned to me by Choice Home Warranty to repair my AC unit with a service fee of $85. Came out and fumbled around with unit; went outside and came back in and looked inside the unit closet and then said he need to perform a leak test but he has to get an approval because it could be any where’s. In addition he asked me if I would like him to blow out my unit not thinking I said yes! He then said it will be $50! I paid him $135 and he said to send him the information on both indoor and outdoor units install date and what type of Freon that it requires to submit a request for the leak test. I texted him with the details he sent me ??! Needless to say I never heard from him again! Sears came out and ran a series of test and found it was low on Freon added Freon tested the temperature reading from each vent that was registering a range of 59-63 with unit set on 73. No leaking water, nor freezing up or running smoothly and cooling very well. System set on 77 during the day and covering with extra blankets at night. Home Tech is a total ripoff and basically accepting jobs and telling customers bad information to collect the service fee and running.

      They took a part deposit and then never showed back up. I had 7 different set up times and each time he said I promise we will be there and then didn't show. Not reliable and I doubt I'll ever get my money back.
