  The move went smoothly. The three movers were efficient and friendly while packing. They moved our 2-bedroom apartment in about 3 hours, which was faster than I expected. The value of their service was outstanding compared to other options I found. Highly recommended.

  I am very impressed with the move coordinator who supported & kept me updated on my move. She is so helpful & ensured that she answered my calls & returned my calls on time. Hats off to her. I will recommend this company happily. Many thanks to its team.

  I connected with ************ who was professional and shared the available times, cautioned me that the ******* list pricing does not include the hour of travel time (although this was not mentioned in the deal ad). I was informed I'd be paying by the hour and a conservative estimate was 550 USD because it would take 4.5 hours to move out and in again + 100 dollars/hour of travel ***. The guys came in on time, very courteous, worked hard. I bought their lunch as a tip. Get this: At the en of the day 6 hours later. I was charged with 911 dollars! After 2 phone calls with **** -who is possibly the owner- I was able to bull it down to a total of 808 dollars. still a whopping 250 dollars above what I was informed. The charge breakdown was 100 for the road, 600 for the work, 108 for the materials. 108 dollars for stretch film maybe 10/15 rolls of tape , and wrapping blankets over fragiles -which is what movers universally should be doing- seemed excessive. Setting customer expectations is key and they could improve on this. It would be wiser to 1)obtain the info on all the furniture that needs moving prior to giving the estimate like other moving companies, 2)make sure that you clear it with the customers wrapping blankets and taping up already closed boxes will be charged 3)make it more clear on *****'s lis that the hour of travel is not included in the advertised price.

  The move went very smooth. *********** were on time, they worked, and they were very nice. Because they worked very hard and did not play around it took less time than estimated. The cost was well worth it. I would do it all over again. North American moving was very helpful over the phone and provided quick response to my phone calls. He walked me through the invoice and explained everything to me. There were no surprises or hidden fees. Thank you Nort American moving*******.

  North American Moving were fantastic!! They arrived on time, wrapped all the furniture and packed up super fast. ******* delivered my furniture, unwrapped it and not a single scratch on anything!!! They were so kind and worked perfectly together to make the move go efficiently and quickly. They worked hard and never stopped until it was all done! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend ************ . for someone looking for great who know what they're doing!! Excellent experience with this , I give 5 stars to this company !!!!!! ??

  North American Moving were really professional and helpful. ***** were always good about answering my questions. In regards to when the stuff would arrive, they always made it clear that there would definitely be a range. They were good about expectations. They were also definitely the cheapest out of the options I had.

  I was impressed with the way they interacted with us. When they got to our home, they gave us a brief rundown of what was going to take place and verified what items we wanted them to pack up. They gave us a rundown of what time to expect them when we got to our new destination as well as what time to expect them. When they came in, they asked where we wanted things placed and they placed them where we wanted them, and they assembled them just like we wanted. People should use North American Moving and they should request them, who are part of the crew.

  Great service with North American Moving! They helped me make the move from ** to **! The move was so much less stressful******, knowing my personal things and breakable items were safe. The staff were very professional and I trusted them with my stuff, it's always great to have that feeling. The huge plus was being able to also ship my car. I wanted to keep the miles off and the car was perfect, and damage free when it arrived. This made me save their info immediately in case I ever decided to move again. I would definitely recommend these guys, and use them again in the future!

  North American Moving did a great job. Arrived on time and completed the job as promised. Good Prices!! North American Moving were professional and courteous. Their crew worked carefully to make sure nothing was damaged, broken or lost. I have used them twice, and would hire them again******.
