    On 8/16/21, I gave the owner of Peake Pro Group, ****** Peake, a 50% deposit on a fence and two gates. Communicating with was problematic from that point forward (not answering or returning calls and text messages. After we finally got the fence and gates built, I paid him the balance with the understanding that they would add brackets to the two gates and fence where it met the house. Also, one gate was built too low to the ground and drug the ground. He was supposed to rework the gate to get it up off the ground (he even made promises of installing a square tube steel pole, etc. on this gate). The brackets were added to the fence and 1 gate. For the other gate the bracket was not added, and *************************** went into full "ghost" mode. He would not answer or return calls, messages, text messages. As time went on the gate that did not have the bracket (hung on a 4x4, later found out it should have been hung on a 6x6) was now not only low and dragging the ground but was now sagging, is fully in contact with the ground and the 4x4 has twisted under the weight. The gate literally has to be drug open/closed. The mud boards around the yard did not have the seams lined up and screwed to the fence posts, so the screws have broken out and the boards are out of line and not supported. The cap boards placed on top, were also not spaced so the ends of the boards would meet on top of the fence posts to be secured and are now warped, out of line, and unsecured. I have made dozens of calls and texts since Dec. 20, 2021 and no response and no corrective action. On 8/11/22, I sent the attached letter(w/pics) via certified mail (return receipt) to his work and his home address. The return receipt was returned on 8/19/22. I then emailed him the letter. Texted him. Left Voice Messages (all professional and calm) to set an appt and make repairs/ replacements. No responses to this well documented claim were received.I found he does reply to BBB complaints. So, here we are.
