    Please DO NOT use Kim Chi Tailor company. She is the biggest seamstress fraud. She does not know what she is doing when it comes to attaching bodice appliqués to dresses. She lied to me and took my money. She pretended as if she knew what she was doing. *** is disrespectful and aggressive. I paid her $105 to attached a rhinestone bodice to my pre existing dress. When I picked up my dress the appliqué immediately begun to fall off. I told her that her work was of poor quality. I would not be able to wear the dress without it falling apart. She snatched my dress out of my hand and begin screaming at me. I had to call the police. I will be filing a small claims against her and her business.
