    In November of 2021 I bought a Microsoft Surface 7 computer to RAM to provide insight on why the computer shuts off periodically. After about a month, I called the business. *****, the employee I communicated with throughout the year, expressed it was the motherboard. He told me he would look for another motherboard. In the meantime, I bought him a Microsoft Surface 6 that I had as well. The screen was dim on the left side, and the touch screen did not work on the left side.

    He said he can open it and put a new screen on it. After a month I called for updates. I am a teacher and those were my computers I was using for school, so I was in need of a resolution. He told me there was water damage, yet, I knew the computer still worked when it was brought in.

    ***** said that he would have to put a new screen on and a price was not discussed. Over the year, I asked if I could have my Microsoft Surface 6 back and would attach a keyboard to the computer, without fixing the touch screen option. I asked him if I can come get it, he said he was going to put it back together??

    As of Monday, February 13, I have not received either computer, both have not been fixed, and I cannot get a straight answer from this company. I paid over $2,000 for each computer. I want the computers back, or the paid for the price of the Microsoft Surfaces if he will not fix nor return them.

    We have made numerous attempts to contact the customer to resolve this. We have the customer's computers ready for pick up and have left that information on her voicemail.
