    I paid for Positively Photo & Video to shoot our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, everything seemed to be going great. We paid what was due well before the deadline and I had emailed ***** several times, including sending him a shot list and what the timeline of the wedding day would look like. He always responded to me promptly and I thought we were good to go. Then the wedding day comes and no one showed up. We had no photographer for our wedding day. Not only did no one show up, no one contacted us at all. We didn't receive a phone call, a text, an email, nothing. All of my bridesmaids took turns trying to call ***** and find out what was going on but there was no response and no one attempted to call any of them back either. We were completely ghosted.
    The day after the wedding I emailed ***** to tell him that we were no call/no showed and to ask for our money back. He said he "had one of the photographers who worked with [him] in the past on plenty of weddings lined up to shoot and was supposed to contact [me] and everything leading up to it. [He] did not receive any notifications that the shooter was not going to be able to make it so was assuming everything was good to go." He also said he was going to get back the money he had paid the other photographer and then issue me my refund. Now I knew that ***** is not the only photographer under Positively Photo & Video so I didn't necessarily expect him to be our photographer on the day of the wedding, but I found this weird since he had been my ONLY point of contact the entire time (we booked in December 2022 and the wedding was in November 2023) and after we were supposedly handed off to a different photographer he never followed up.
    I tried my best to be patient and understanding. I waited a week after complete silence to follow up on getting my money back. He said he had "just paid bills and a home repair". Again, this seemed extremely weird for a business but he did send me the full refund the next day.
