      My husband and I bought our RV, Grand Design Momentum on May 31, 2022 from Great American RV Superstore in Defuniak Springs, FL. We took delivery on June 13, 2022. We set our RV up on Military FamCamp to ensure we were familiar with it prior to selling our home and moving into the RV. On June 30, 2022 the 3 HVAC units would not turn on even though the touch pad indicated they were on. My husband **** immediately contacted the dealership, manufacturer of the RV, "Grand Design" and the manufacturer of the touch pad "Touch One". After hours of no luck. We were advised to bring the RV into the dealership. We drove the RV to Great American RV in Defuniak Springs on Monday July 4th. (Our first day off work when the dealership was open. Today is July 26th, 2022. The dealership had had our RV over 4 weeks and it is still broken! In fact we have been told virtually nothing is working on it. **** and I have initiated over 40 calls text messages to the General Manager, Service Manager, Mobile techs, Touch One, and Grand Design. This dealership has initiated less than 5 contacts with us in 29 days. This RV will be our primary residence in the near future since our home is pending sale. I am afraid to trust a home the industry can not fix! We have spent over $2000 in the last 29 days on rental space(for no RV) payments, insurance, transportation, etc. I would like a replacement RV in good working condition and reimbursement for the costs we have incurred. If they do not have a like kind replacement RV I would like a full refund so we can replace the RV. I have been in Sales over 20 years, NO Buyers REMORSE except using the dealership that doesn't seem to care about the very stressful experience we have been through. There has been no sense of urgency to assist a local consumer. The worst dealership customer service I have ever had. I have never before filed any complaint with a business

      The customer was able to pickup the unit on 8/1. All completed work was demonstrated to the customer. We were able to partner with the manufacturer to assist with getting a mobile service that will be able to program the control panel, and will be partnering with a company to address a mark that must be buffed out. We will continue to support the customer through those circumstances and are glad to see they have their camper back so they may enjoy it.
