    BOught some shoes to help with my plantar fasciitis as my Dr recommended this store I feel *** did not even try and make sure the shoes fit He didnt measure nor feel how they fit but just asked me if they were comfortable They seemed to be so I bought them I wore them one day and I couldnt walk after that without intense pain I tried to bring them back, but *** told me I needed the box which I had thrown away already I told him he needed to inform the customer when they bought the s hoes, they would need to keep the box for returns but it seems to me, he could contact the company for a new box I also contacted the company as they offered a return plan but they sent them back saying they only offered returns for shoes bought online Their warranty does NOT say that

    Deckers Outdoor Corporation (“HOKA®”) warrants that its footwear products (“Products”) will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care prior to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. We strongly encourage you to include a copy of your proof of purchase to confirm the product is within one year of the purchase date to be eligible under our warranty policy. If you do not include your proof of purchase, your product will be evaluated by its manufacturing date. All warranty claim items sent to HOKA® which are beyond one year from the date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law. This warranty also does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration of the product, or negligence.

    HOKA® will replace or exchange a defective product that is covered by this limited warranty or will offer website credit in the amount of

    We always try to take care of our customers the best way possible, in this situation, the customer came in without box or reciept. Each receipt we give has in bold print at the top. 
    All returns must have receipt and box”

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When I brought the shoes back, I was NOT asked for the receipt Only told I needed the box Personally I think this should be pointed out to each customer when the shoes are bought
