    I contacted Tec lynx Solutions on February 20, 2022 to provide an estimate of what it will cost to install 16 security cameras to my apartment building located at ***********************************************************. A gentlemen name ***** from Tec Lynx Solutions, which stated that he was the owner of Tec Lynx Solutions came out on March 22, 2022 to survey my apartment building and give an estimate. The estimate for the install of 16 security cameras was a total of $10,791.00. I made the decision to to hire him as my contractor to install the security cameras on March 22, 2022. I made the first initial payment to Tec Lynx Solutions in the amount of $6,706.00 on March 22, 2022. ***** with Tec Lynx Solutions stated that he needed to order the cameras and that it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive them. ***** started installing equipment, conduit and wires throughout the building in the middle of April. I spoke with ***** about ordering 8 additional security cameras in April. ***** ordered the additional 8 security cameras and provided a new estimate for the security cameras. I paid a second payment of $2,176.00 on May 19, 2022. ***** continued to install conduit and the security cameras. ***** stated that he will have everything completed by May 27, 2022. ***** continued to install conduit throughout the building and the security cameras. ***** stated that the 16 security cameras would be working by May 27, 2022. After installing the 16 cameras on May 27, 2022, only 12 of the security cameras worked. ***** stated that the other 4 security cameras would eventually work due to so much communication being downloaded for the cameras. I made the final payment of $5,921.89. The 4 security cameras never worked and ***** never completed the job. The 8 additional security cameras was never installed and ***** never completed the install of those cameras. I reached out to ***** on multiple times to fix the problem. ***** tried to fix it, but could not solve the problem.
