    ****** recommended ***** Plumbing to fix a DTV Shower System. I called *****, the new owner (***** son) and he told me that they charge $180/hour for their labor. ****, their employee came to the house 2 times, once to assess the issue and once to replace a Kohler DTV valve. The first time **** came, he was there a little less than 2 hours to tell me I needed a new $2000 system. The second time he came, he replaced the valve and was there for 2 hours. I had no issues with ****. However, ***** lied about the total number of hours. He told me the total for their work was $1200 so I sent him the money. When I asked him to send me an invoice, he would not. When I asked him why it was so expensive, he said because **** worked 2 hours the first time and 4 hours the second time. When I told him that **** was only there the second time for 2 hours, he started screaming at me saying that I was calling him a liar. I said I would like to talk to **** and he said now you're calling my worker a liar. He would not give me ****** number. When I told ***** that I have cameras in my home and proof to this timeframe, he changed his story and agreed that **** was only there for a total of 4 hours. After I told him that I already sent him $1200, he won't answer his phone, he hasn't sent me the invoice, I went to his office and his truck is there but won't answer the door. He owes me atleast $400. I am not sure what steps to take now besides legal actions.

    I needed a tub drain line leak fixed that was difficult to reach and contacted a different company who gave me a high estimated that involved cutting a hole in the ceiling below for access. I decided to contact Bob's and sent pictures of my issue to ***** who told me they could fix it without cutting a hole. **** did the job the next day and saved me $450. I definitely plan to use Bob's again.

    I had ***'s Plumbing replace a water heater today. ***** and **** did an excellent installation job. They answered my many questions. I'm very pleased and highly recommend ***'s Plumbing. I'll use them again.
